After my breakup with Michael I needed to clear my head a little bit and decided to go for a walk in the evening breeze of the big city. I saw a cute bookstore along the road and walked in looking for a book to keep my mind busy from the breakup. The bookstore worker was a cute, very tall curly blond guy in his late 20’s. he wore big glasses that made him look like an 80’s movie nerd in the most sexy way. He approached me and took me along the shelves and started recommending books. I was finding myself unable to concentrate due to the sexual chamisty but was not sure if he felt it too or I was only being extra sensitive from the loneliness. I started to introduce myself to him when another customer called him over to help and more customers began to seek his attention. I was left alone between the looming book shelves and decided to focus on finding a book to engage my attention. Time went by and I was suddently made aware of the quiet around me. The store felt empty and the lights were dimmed. I turned around to look and saw the guy lock the door and turn around to face me, he walked towards me and told me that he was interrupted but was meaning to introduce himself, I was flattered that he remembered my name from earlier and told me that his name is Sean. He was the owner of the shop, an inheritance from his grandparents. He was warm and lovely and I felt butterflies in my stomach. He took my hand and led me to a more secluded place in the store. We set next to each other and started talking about books he liked and we started to get closer to each other. Something came over us both and we instantly knew what to do- we both simultaneously took off our shirts and started to make out. We kissed passionaly for a long time, our tounges exploring each others. He moved his body over mine and I layed on my back while he pulled off my pants and underwear. He took a step back to explore my naked body. I felt vornurable but excited. He lifted my legs over his shoulders and knelt down to kiss me. I was open and ready to receive him fully. He unbuckled his pants and I felt his hardness press up against me. He used some spit and pushed into me with a smooth move. It felt amazing to feel full again. Like I needed it immensely. We kept kissing while he was moving inside and out of me. After a long time he tensed up and without a warning came inside of me with a warmth that felt so good that it made me explode without touching myself. He fell on top of me exchaseted, his glasses fogged up and a wide smile on his face. I left the bookstore feeling excited to ready to enjoy being single again and looking forward to more new and exciting ecounters.

Dear diary,
After my breakup with Michael, I needed to clear my head. The apartment felt too quiet, my thoughts too loud, so I decided to go for a walk through the city at dusk. The evening air was cool and soft, and for the first time in days I felt like I could breathe again.

That’s when I noticed a small bookstore tucked between two buildings, warm light glowing through the windows.
I stepped inside hoping to find a book distracting enough to pull me out of my own head for a while.

And then I saw him.

The bookstore worker was impossibly cute — very tall, curly blond hair falling around his face, oversized glasses that made him look like the lead in some 80’s coming-of-age movie. Nerdy in the sexiest possible way.
He greeted me with a shy smile and asked if I needed help finding anything. Before I knew it, he was leading me through the shelves recommending books, pulling novels out one after another while talking excitedly about them.

I tried concentrating on what he was saying, I really did, but the chemistry between us was distracting. Every time he smiled or adjusted those glasses, I felt myself blush.
I couldn’t tell if he felt it too or if heartbreak had simply made me desperate for connection.

I had just started introducing myself properly when another customer interrupted him. Then another. Soon he was being pulled in every direction while I stood there awkwardly holding a book I hadn’t even looked at yet.

So I wandered deeper into the store, trying to focus on browsing instead of the tall blond bookseller.

Time slipped by strangely.
At some point I became aware of how quiet everything had gotten.

The shop felt empty now.
The lights were dimmer.

I turned around just in time to see him locking the front door before slowly facing me again.

My stomach flipped.

He walked toward me with a soft smile and said,
“Sorry about earlier. I was trying to introduce myself before getting interrupted.”

I was weirdly flattered that he remembered my name from earlier.
He told me his name was Sean, and that the bookstore actually belonged to him — inherited from his grandparents.

There was something warm and comforting about him.
Like being wrapped in a blanket after standing out in the cold.

He took my hand and guided me toward a quieter corner of the store hidden between tall shelves and stacks of old books. We sat together on the floor, knees brushing as we talked about novels, favorite endings, childhood stories, and the strange comfort books can bring after heartbreak.

The closer we got, the more obvious the tension became.

At some point the conversation stopped altogether.

Neither of us said anything.
We just looked at each other — and somehow both understood.

He kissed me first.

Slowly at first, careful and searching, then deeper when I kissed him back harder.
His hands slid into my hair while mine pulled him closer by the waist. We laughed softly between kisses, breathless and a little overwhelmed by how quickly everything was happening.

The loneliness I’d been carrying since Michael suddenly cracked open.

We tugged each other’s shirts off almost at the same time, unable to stop touching. Sean climbed over me carefully, pushing me gently back against the carpet between the shelves while we kept kissing like we’d been waiting for each other much longer than just one evening.

The bookstore around us felt frozen in time — quiet except for our breathing and the occasional creak of old wood.

Things quickly became more intense.
Clothes disappeared piece by piece onto the floor beside scattered books.
Sean paused for a moment just to look at me, his glasses slightly crooked now, curls falling into his face, and that soft hungry smile still there.

The way he touched me afterward was eager but warm, like he couldn’t decide if he wanted to worship me or lose control completely.

We moved together slowly at first, tangled between shelves of forgotten novels, kissing constantly, breathing each other in. The feeling of being wanted again after weeks of heartbreak hit me harder than I expected.

Eventually the tension between us completely unraveled into something messy, physical, and deeply comforting all at once.

He lifted my legs over his shoulders and knelt to kiss me. I was open and ready to receive him fully. He unbuckled his pants and I felt his hardness press up against me. He used some spit and pushed into me with a smooth move. It felt amazing to feel full again. Like I needed it immensely. We kept kissing while he was moving inside and out of me. After a long time, he tensed up and without a warning came inside of me with a warmth that felt so good that it made me explode without touching myself.

Afterward, Sean collapsed beside me exhausted, his glasses fogged up, smiling so hard it made me laugh.

We stayed there for a while on the bookstore floor, half dressed, talking quietly about nothing important.

When I finally left later that night, the city somehow felt different.
Lighter.

For the first time since my breakup, I felt excited again.
Excited to be single.
Excited for the possibility of strangers, unexpected nights, and whatever new story might be waiting around the corner.
